The Japan Foundation
In 1994, Sakata carried out a tour to Central Asia with Flying Mijinko Band formed by Bill Laswell and members from Japan, Africa and America under the auspices of the Japan Foundation. The performance on this tour was recorded and released in two-part CDs and distributed to the libraries across the country.
